GHC Timetables generator EN App Introduction

Introduction

Penalara GHC is an automatic software designed to generate timetables for schools of different levels including primary schools, high schools, vocational schools, universities, and other academic institutions. It consists of three parts - the planner, the engine, and the editor, which work together to achieve a balanced and optimal timetable.

The Planner

In the planner, you can configure the various elements that will make up the timetable of your academic institution. This includes the availability of teachers and their preferences, groups of students, classrooms, subjects, characteristics of the class units, meetings, on-call hours, etc. GHC offers the flexibility to set up different weeks or create four-month timetables.

The Engine

The engine, with its complex algorithm, searches for an agreement between all the conditions and preferences established in the planner to find the best solution. It ensures that the timetable is balanced and optimal. The result can be displayed and modified by the editor.

The Editor

You can view different tables of teachers, classrooms, groups, meetings, on-call hours, etc. through the editor. The software also allows you to make manual changes as needed. If any changes occur, the program will warn you of possible conflicts that could affect the result.

Additional Features

GHC has a new online file platform, a Web App, and a Mobile App. It can exchange data (data import and export) with academic management applications, both public and private, to facilitate the management of your academic institution and save time. You can view the complete list of applications through our website. If your educational institution's software is not on the list, a study can be conducted to integrate it. The timetable can be exported to calendar managers and converted to different formats such as Excel, HTML, and PDF.

GHC is a desktop application that can be installed in any version of Windows from Windows 7. It is also available in English through our website.
